Step 2.

Apply via our SRS Care Solutions Facebook page or alternatively on our website where you will find a full list of all vacancies. It takes only two minutes to apply! You will be asked a couple of questions here to see if you match our criteria and upload a CV (If you have one)

Step 3.

After your application has been submitted, our recruitment team will then contact you for a phone interview. Here, we really just want to get to know you as an individual. It’s important to us to find out what type of person you are, as if successful, you will be an integral part of our team. We pride ourselves on our revolutionary services and personal touch. We use a staff matching tool to ensure both clients and staff are happy with their caring arrangements, matching personalities and likeness for ultimate satisfaction from both parties.

Step 4.

After a successful phone interview, you will be invited into your most convenient branch for a face-to-face interview. (Currently being conducted via zoom) Here, you may be asked a range of scenario-based questions complying with the Care Inspectorate’s outlined criteria. Please bring along any paperwork which has been requested from you such as ID.

Step 5.

We are committed to helping you achieve your goals on a professional level as well as through your own self-development. You will be invited along to our in-depth training programme for all new starts of the company which is carried out over the course of three days. The training uses a mixture of theory and practical interactions to best explain various procedures and scenarios, best preparing you for your role within the field.

We are constantly reviewing guidelines and legislation from our fully CPD accredited partner to ensure we are always up to date.

Step 6.

You will need to send away for your PVG next and register with the SSSC. This enables you to carry out work within the homecare sector. You will be given your uniform and conduct a shadow shift where you will follow another care assistant, building upon your own confidence. This gives you a hands-on experience before setting off on your own.
